Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
One of the two clips on the flow nozzle broke off. This has been a great coffee maker for about 10 years. Never had any trouble with it. Enjoy being able to brew two thermal mugs at a time. Any help on how I can acquire a replacement flow nozzle would be greatly appreciated!

Contact Heather at Select Brands. I ordered replacement carafes for our office CM202 dual coffee maker. It took about a month to get them, so be patient. I believe they make an order when enough folks get on the list for replacements.

Those carafes are 15$ and that includes s&h. We take MasterCard/Visa over the phone or via e-mail. However, they are on backorder right now. Sometimes you have to do the decalcification two or three times. Then, monthly after that.
Cuisinart Coffeemaker Decalcification Process
Run 2 cups distilled white vinegar and 2 cups water through the system - brew it like it was regular coffee. Then run plain water through the coffemaker to rinse the vinegar out and make sure the decalcification was successful. Repeat as needed. Don't forget to remove the charcoal water filters first.

No one has just the individual part, but you can get the whole brew basket with the part included on Cuinart's website, or by calling them.

I Googled my question and there was a web site by a lady who has the same machine and on her web site was the 1-800 number where I could order the part over the phone. I went back to find the web site for its address and couldn't find it. Sorry but the # I called is 1-800-947-3745
