Question about Star Water Systems PowerFlush Sewage Ejector System S1101

Open Question

We have a Star S1101 system that was installed in new basement bathroom by previous owner. When rarely used there is no problem. But when used at all, and just for "number 1" only, a sewage smell fills the basement. I have reviewed installation procedures and components, and everything seems to be in order. And ideal what may be wrong? Thank you.

How to raise the value of a home with a basement by a good percentage

If you are trying to sell a house with a basement and want to include rooms in the basement in the advertising their must be a way to exit the house from the basement. for a few thousand dollars now you can add the rooms and raise the value significantly. Egressed windows are windows in a basement large enough to qualify as an exit. You will have to call a concrete cutting contractor and have him cut out the window size. then install the window. now instead of your add saying a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a basement. You can say a 2 leve, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house!

Motor hums, water leaking out from under toilet, will not grind

If it is not tripping the GFCI Outlet or tripping a breaker, than more than likely the impeller is stuck. You will have to remove it to find out.

You will have to paint over your new paint with a primer called BIN which will dry in about an hour. Then you can put your color coat on that. Problem solved.

New bathroom venting in basement bathroom.

Install a window mounted exhaust fan if you can discharge to the outside of the house surrounding atmosphere. But undercut the door of the batroom to allow air coming in into the room.Alternatively firt a door grill 600 x 150 mm size which is more expensive.THe size of the fan should be 50 to 100 l/s of air flow.
