It keeps telling us to open front over. We do, see no paper jam, reshut the cover and it still displays offline, open front cover.

Please help!!!!

i have the same problem. i opened and closed pulled the plug. and nothing happend. please help.

i have opened and closed the front cover as it say's.but the same problem occurs and error 71

Open front over, Reshut the cover and it still displays, open front cover.

which cover are you opening? You must pull open the bottom cover not the one under the keyboard. It's the bottom front cover not the top front cover.

Have opened the cover several times and it responds by saying "printing" then stops again and displays open cover message.
