Take it back to the Dealer.( He probably has a guarantee on the work he did). Let him show you how it works. If he won't do this then it is definitely time to find a more reputable dealer. If you paid for a repair it should have been repaired.

Try this page for Threading and Bobbin Winding Diagrams for loads of machines.....even if your model is not specified, there's a good chance you will be able to work it out from similar machines.

You will need to buy power cord and foot pedal specific to your model. You can have an authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer order these for you. A listing of authorized dealers is available on the Husqvarna Viking website - http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/us
