How to wire a four function switch

4-function switch can be 4 individual switches in a bank of switches, or it can be a combination of switch and timers.
Some timers need a neutral wire, while others, such as spring-wound timers do not need neutral wire: each of these items is wired separately.

Copy following link for switch illustrations, including 4 function switches.

You have Intermatic 240Volt sprinkler timer.
http://www.intermatic.com/~/media/files/intermatic/products/instructions/timers/r8816p101c%20-%20english.ashx

Timer relay has 4 wiring terminals: from left to right 1 2 3 4
Red wires from switch connect to terminals 1 and 3
Red wires to pump connect to terminals 2 and 4
Since circuit is 240Volt, red wires from switch can be connected in either order. Same with pump.

Rain sensor terminals don't have any wires, unless you but separate rain sensor.

Timer light blinking but ac doesnt start. how to cancel timer

Since you didn't mention what make or model AC unit you have, I can only tell you what to do in generalities. Turn the Master ON/OFF to OFF and unplug the unit for 15 minutes. Then plug the unit back in and turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON. Hopefully, during the 15 minute timeout, the unit's electronics reset them self and reverted back to the original factory settings. If so, you can set the controls however you desire.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know.

Ground goes through the master switch on the drivers side. Bad master switch can cause the other windows not to work. Don't forget to check the "window lock" switch in the master switch, which shuts off the other 3 windows.

Dont spend

Hi,
Since the spinning is depended on the timer most common of all problems is in the timer switch which sends signals to switching valve to open fill or drain and close the timer is basically a clock. It should only be turned clockwise.

Rear side windows

This may be just a case of inadvertently hitting the window lock out n th driver door window switch by mistake. Check that first. Here's some background on window operation

Principles of Operation
The driver power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the master window/door lock/unlock switch (and its integrated "auto down" module). Power is supplied to the power window relay and the master window/door lock/unlock switch, and the passenger power window switch when the SEC/timer module grounds the coil side of the power window relay. The SEC/timer module will ground this relay when the ignition is in the ON position and will remain energized for approximately 15 minutes or until the driver or passenger door is opened.
The driver power window regulator motor is a reversible motor that is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.
The passenger power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the passenger power window switch and can also be controlled by the master window/door lock/unlock switch.
The passenger power window regulator motor is a reversible motor, which is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.
The power rear quarter glass is also directly controlled by the master window/door lock/unlock switch. The power rear quarter glass power latches also utilize reversible motors. The power rear quarter glass power latches are operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to open the window, and then reversing polarity on those same leads to close the window.
