the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I juice mainly green vegetables: kale, spinach,

Sorry, but it's not designed for leafy vegetables.
Carrots, apples, celery-yes. For kale, spinach
try a inexpensive, hand powered, wheat grass
juicer. About $50.

SOURCE: Hi, I was trying to juice

Hi there,
It seemed that when the kale got stucked it caused the juicer to either exert more power than its supposed to causing problems inside the unit.
1. Open the unit up and please check the fuse make sure that it has not blown due to possible excess electricity it received. 2.Check if the gears of the juicer are in place and that they are not damaged. 3. Using a power tester check the switch and the pc-board because some capacitors may have been damaged and those needs to be replaced as well.
If you're uncomfortable doing that then you may need the help of a local technician so they can do all the testing and the replace the parts that needs to be replaced for you.
Side note: Consider the price of getting this unit repaired and getting a new one. If the price will be half or more of what a new one would cost it would be better to let it go and get a brand new juicer.
Hope this helps!

The juice screen has become blocked with "veggies"

You can brush it with a new tooth brush, or soak it in vinegar for a couple of hours.
After getting rid of the old residue, you need to rinse it off right after juicing the next times.

My juicer moves a lot when juicing

They all vibrate no matter what you do. Best solution, costly, is to get a pulp ejection
type juicer. Miracle MJ1000 is a nice little juicer for about $130.

When i juice greens i am no longer getting any juice from them. is my blade dull?

If you mean green leafy greens, the juicer is
not really designed for them. A sharp blade
will extract some juice from them, but I found
a new blade seems to increase the vibration
issue. Acme works best on carrots, apples,
celery, etc.

For an Oster Juicer Model 3165, how do I remove the stainless steel basket? Thanks.

Move from side to side and jiggle the whole assembly .. including the juice collector and juicing basket. With patience and even a break between attempts it will finally dislodge itself and lift up and off.

Just juiced carrots and a couple apples .. mmmm good ;-) best of luck
