I have a new computer and am trying to load the cameras. The directions tell me that after I enter http:// digimerge.lorextechnology etc. I should then go to technical support, then doc & software and click on VCE300 etc. I cannot get to technical support so I can continue. Have you connected the usb mouse; TV or monitor.
Note
For cable runs above 300ft / 92m (option 3), you must connect the power adapter directly to the cam- era, rather than at the end of the extension cable (see diagram in page 6).
Indicators that your cable run may be too long:
Video is permanently black & white (even during day time).
there should be a settings in recording.. its either something like Linear or circular.. select circular and it will record over the earliest footage on a continuous loop.
I have the ame problem. also need help with email setup. digimerge will not help. horrible co. they say I have to pay a tech to come out. no support whatsoever.
