I have an Acco Rexel RSX 1227 shredder. Can you use any oil to oil the shredder or must it be a special oil

I have one equally old and my plastic bit broke off many years ago.
I just get used to using it without.
It sticks but it's such a good stapler I forgive it.

Either your shread bin is full or the sensor is dirty. Blow out with canned air.

You'll have to unplug the machine, then remove the screws front (inside door or cabinet) and rear to remove the top cover. Insure that the safety cover arm which contacts the microswitch is not broken or the microswitch is out of adjustment.

I can get you the manual but i have to find out how to do it through FixYa.

Try a hard reset first..Unplug the machine from power source, wait about 10 minutes, and try again..
