Question about Exercise & Fitness
See the video attached. Lube the rollers bearing front and back. Test the belt drive motor, tight by 1/4" deflection, and replace if necessary.
However if the problem persist, TIME to replace old board deck.
God bless you

This definitely sounds like the drive motor. One way to check is to remove the drive belt and run the motor without the walk belt connected. Obviously if you still have the noise it will be a motor issue. If not then it will be one of the 2 rollers. Good Luck! Tim

If it sounds like metal rotating on metal then it could be roller bearings or motor bearings. Most of the time the bearings will have to be pressed out and the new ones pressed in. May be you must go the treadmill to workshop. sincerely. God bless you.
