The most cost effective way to deal with this is to just replace the oven.

SOURCE: High pitched hum/buzz
By high-pitched, you mean it is not that same frequency as when it's cooking? Is the tone near or the same as the beep you hear when you press a key? Please post a little more information so we can help better.

I would suspect the high-voltage transformer in this case, but the capacitor may be failing.
The high voltage section uses and generates voltages that can be instantly lethal.
So I don't recommend that anyone work in this area unless he has either a lot of experience or at the minimum, a good understanding of the safety issues and procedures involved.
If you or a friend decide to work on it, we have *critical* safety, disassembly, and troubleshooting info at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk
Also, there should also be a very helpful "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the control panel. It's very helpful when troubleshooting.

Here are some links you or a friend can use for test help, but read the safety warnings first:

Most likely a shorted capacitor is causing the fuse to blow. Easy and cheap to fix.

Do the inside light, turntable and internal cooling fan ALL come on when the door is closed (without pressing any keys) , or just one or more of those?
Does it actually heat when you shut the door (without pressing any buttons)?
(You can put a cup of cold water in it for a minute to test it)
I would first suspect a shorted door switch.
If you or someone you know decide to look into it, we have critical safety information, info on door switch diagnosis and replacement, and disassembly information at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa.
There should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting & testing.
You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.
If it's not a door switch issue, I would say it has a stuck relay on the control circuit board.
We regularly repair these for customers nationwide with our guaranteed $39.95 service in about a week.
