I drilled a coupleof very small holes in the plastic part of the case and also in the watch band where it attaches to the case. I mixed strong epoxy glue (two part) and held the two pieces together with clamps over night. That was 6 months ago and it is still holding. The holes helped squeeze the glue into the joint. Although they don't say so directly, their repair section imply that they can replace straps.
