Our just out of the bos Samsung tab E lie Sm-tm113 just shut down and we can’t turn it back on. Haw can this be fixed or is it a flaw

This has happened to me before plug your charger into you tablet ,and give it a good hour orso to charge, then try turning it on,and it will hopefully help fix the problem, usually it happens when your tablet overheats,or just needs a break, from constantly being played. If that doesnt help, look up how to rest your tablet, ive got a samsung galaxy tab A,but the same principal may apply to your tab E,all you need to do is press on the home buttom, then at the same time hold down you, power or volume,i cant recall which, but just play around with all 3 buttons. Then you should see a safemobe diagram appear on your tablet, then it should start rebooting itself, sorry this is so long,i hope its clear enough for you to understand,i hope this helps!

My tablet wont turn on or charge

Unplug the Battery, hold the Power button for 10 seconds to discharge any capacitors, Plug the battery back in, Charge the tablet until the battery reaches 100% (Factory Charger preferred), Turn it on. If this doesn't work it could be a bad battery, bad charger or bad USB connector.7 Jan 2014

My tablet will not turn on or charge at all!

Are you using the supplied Samsung charger? Many times if your not using it, the tablet won't truly charge.

Our Samsung tablet (GT-P5210) will no longer turn in. It's supposedly fully charged but even the battery indicator screen no longer comes on. The screen is completely blank an we cannot turn the tablet on...

Try a completely different charger if haven't done so already

Samsungs can be very picky on what chargers they will accept, usually will charge on any charger but sometimes will need a genuine Samsung charger to work

My samsung tablet will not charge and will not turn on

take back cover off and pull battery out for awhile about an hour then put back in, leave off but put on charger, let charge until is full , also check to see if wall charger unit is faulty by plugging it in to another outlet. if either fails take it back to where you got it from and get a new one

My 7 inch Samsung galaxy tablet will not come on.

have you tried turning off tablet with charger plugged in and letting it charge up. You should see a battery symbol come onto the screen with a pulsing level indicating the battery is being charged. hold in power till unit turns off then plug in charger cable into tablet and switch on charger at power point . Do not try and push power switch to power up tablet see if screen indicates charging is occurring. I have experienced this exact problem on a samsung tablet !

P5113 not charging properly

There are a couple of common problems that can cause bad charging:
  1. Bad charging cable - try a new cable
  2. Bad charger - try a new charger, or try plugging it into a PC USB port overnight with the PC turned on
  3. Charger is not the right charger for your tablet - Samsung devices are known for being picky about what charger you use. If you don't use the original charger that came with the device, or a Samsung charger made for your specific tablet, you will have trouble.
  4. A bad/broken charging port on the tablet - this is not something you can fix yourself. You would likely have to return it to Samsung for repair, or find a local repair shop.

Cant get my samsung tablet to turn on

Your tablet's battery is probably dead. This may be because you have a bad battery, a bad charger, or a bad charging cable. Try using a different cable first and let it charge for a few hours - even if it doesn't look like it is charging.

If the new cable doesn't do it, try using a different charger. Samsung devices are picky about what charger you use, so try to use one made for your tablet. If you don't have another charger, plug it into a PC's USB port with the PC turned on. Leave them on and plugged in over night. That should trickle charge your tablet.

If neither of those work, try holding down the power and the Volume Up buttons. Keep them both pressed until the Samsung logo/boot screen comes up - should only be a couple seconds. Once the logo comes up release the power button but keep holding the Volume Up button. That will boot you into Recovery Mode. If that comes up, it means you've got power and your tablet isn't broken, but there is something wrong with the Android OS that is keeping your tablet from powering up normally. Use the Volume Up and Down buttons to move the selection highlight to the Factory Reset option. This will wipe all the info off your tablet and put it back into a "brand new just out of the box" state. You'll lose your information on the tablet, but this should fix the boot problem. Press the power button to chose the Factory Reset option. It will take a few minutes. Once it says that it is done, select the Reboot or Restart option. It should reboot. This boot will take longer than normal, since its wiping things out. But not more than a few minutes.
