Empty water, fill with fresh and then add a Milton sterilising tablet (or similar as used for sterilising baby bottles. Follow the instructions on the sterilising tablet pack.

DON'T run the water through the machine, but tip it out and rinse well.

It should fine provided the magnetron does not start arcing, anything metal inside will cause issues if exposed.

Clear as much as possible by hand with a scour etc. run a full hot cycle with a cup full of baby bottle sterilising fluid (such as miltons, althought stores own is much cheaper). You may find you have to do this a couple of times but it should clear the mildew and saitize the machine too.

There are a few possibities...
if you remove the lid and take the two t20 screw off the left side panel at the front you could check the pressure chamber and its hose are not blocked. Use the link and go to page 4, part 263834 and 361113. You can also remove 165263 (remove t20 screw via the sump after all filters are removed) this will expose the pump impellor and you can check for any obstruction.
Try running a 65 degree wash with a couple of caps of baby sterilising fluid. If the d/w is connected directly to the sink, remove the spigot and check there aren't any blockages. I run a dishwasher cleaner thru my d/w every 3 months and every couple of week I will load the machine for a wash, add tab to dispenser and just after starting a 65 degree wash, I will open the door and tip in approx one capful of sterilising fluid.

Most likly a bad capacittor on the little circuit board inside the unit. As it is thermosealed you cant open it without voiding the warranty. The repair however is fairly simple and anyone with rudamentary electronics experience can fix it for you. If you are still having problems let me know on [email protected]
