There are many on eBay. You can pick and choose which one's you want and do not have to buy the one's you will not use. You can also buy any other pieces that you need, break or were missing. Most people do not even know that the machine has sausage and cannoli fillers!

How do i clean the motorized dies on my imperia pasta machine

The machine comes apart easily. Once you take it apart, turn the machine upside down and see if the dried dough is visible in the vent holes. If it is pick it out with a toothpick, if not you will have to let them be.

I need a phone number or web address to order replacement dies for the primo pasta PS101 that I bought second hand and has only 1 die

I have an easier way since they are no longer in business. Measure your diameter of the die. Compare the size online to Popeil or Takka. Then go on eBay and buy any dies for lots of pasta types. There are 2 sizes of dies other than Kitchenaid who has very small dies and the Cuisinart who has very thick. Give it a try and you can return them if they do not fit. Well worth the effort to have what you want.

I am not getting an answer to my question re: Ronco Pasta Maker Model P400.

You have a short in the motor. You can take it to a appliance repair place or buy just the machine to replace yours unless it is under warranty. You can find the machine on eBay under Popeil or Ronco and they both will use the same dies and parts.

CPSC, Creative Technologies Corp. Announce Recall to Replace Lids on Pasta Machines

WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Creative Technologies Corp. of Brooklyn, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 50,000 pasta machines to replace some of their lids. When the safety cutoff switch on the lid does not activate, consumers' fingers can be severely injured if their hand is placed into the mixing bowl.

CPSC and Creative Technologies are aware of 11 incidents of the machine unexpectedly turning on, resulting in nine injuries including cut, crushed and severed fingers.

The lid replacement program involves the Takka Pasta and Dough machine (model X1000), and the Pasta Express machines (models X2000, X3000 and X4000). Only pasta machines that have serial numbers up to 78209 are subject to this replacement program. The model and serial numbers are located on a label on the bottom of the machine. "Pasta Express TM by CTC" or "Takka Pasta and Dough by CTC" is on the front of the machine. The pasta machines are beige or white. Some machines have chrome-plated front panels. Through this voluntary recall, Creative Technologies will provide consumers with a replacement lid.

The machines are sold in cardboard boxes identifying the model of the machine. A photograph of the machine is on the front of the box.

Department stores, mail order catalogs and warehouse clubs nationwide sold the pasta machines from 1999 to present for between $90 and $200.

Consumers should stop using the pasta machines immediately and call IHW, Inc. (formerly Creative Technologies) at (718) 492-8400. The company will help consumers determine whether their pasta machine is subject to this replacement program and, if necessary, will provide a free replacement lid.

I need to know which die is which. I have the manual. But, I'm not sure what each of the die are for.

Most of the models have the die type written along the outer edge. If not, you can look on eBay for people who are selling pasta dies, and compare yours to the ones shown. You can sometimes find pasta maker replacement parts here: http://stores.ebay.com/Lauras-Last-Ditch/Bread-Pasta-Machines-/_i.html?_nkw=pasta&submit=Search&_fsub=360500719&_sid=93311479
