Water leak inside on passenger side from under the dash, i think its from the heater hose or something, its draining the radiator 1995 cadillac deville

Your heater core is leaking, and when it does, it drains into the foot well passenger side. Best case would be a hose that is leaking, worst case is the core itself. Replacing the core is a big job.

Where is the ac drainage cadillac seville 1995 ?

from under the car on the front passenger side of the body pan you will see what looks like a small rubber flap sticking out. sometimes the rubber may be missing if so it will just be a lplastic tube using a 6inch piece of coat hanger, (put a round curve on one end) slowly insert it in ajiggle it some and see if water comes out, a leaking heater core will also cause moisture on the front paasenger side floor

What kind of cost am I looking at to have leaking main seal fixed on Cadillac Seville STS 1995???

support engine/trans, remove sub-frame, remove trans, install new rear main seal, re-assemble, should take about 10-12 hours in a shop with air tools and a hoist.

Water leaking

If the leak is in the rear of the engine, there are several things that can cause the leak. Intake manifold gasket, heater hoses, heater core.........
If this is a small leak, you might try a can of Bars Leak. It should stop any component coolant leak, however, it will not cure a heater hose coolant leak.
If you try the bars leak, give it 50 to 100 miles to stop the leak.
If it is a large coolant leak, it is best to have the leak identified and repaired, much cheaper in the long run if you are planning on keeping the car.
Let me know.

What does a heater core do?

The heater core runs off of the cooling system, it is a small "radiator" behind the dash that sits in a box. when the heater core is full of hot coolant, it gives off heat and the blower motor pushes the hot air to the vents.

If a heater core ruptures, becomes clogged with parasites, or gets blocked in a hose (the 2 leading to the firewall under the hood on the passenger side) it causes the car to overheat, and/or leak.

my suggestion is to have the system pressure tested, and flushed if it checks out OK

No heat

Sounds like possibly a clogged heater core. If you can see the hoses in the engine compartment ( passenger side, they run through the fire wall ), drain your coolant, remove the hoses and try to flush it out with a garden hose also make sure that everything is off of the passenger side floor, if the core is bad or leaking, it will most likely go there.
