SOURCE: I have 2-240V (4.2V) basebaord heaters, Need Wiring Diagram

you get 120V from any phase (black OR red) to neutral
you get 240V from phase to phase (between black and red) and in this scenario you don't need the white wire.
So for you, connect the black to 1 pole of the breaker and the red to the other pole, connect the green wire to the ground strip and you are done.
A white wire is NEVER connected to a circuit breaker anyway, it is a grounded wire, it would be like connecting a green wire to a black wire, bad idea.
the National electrical code specifies red and black wire color for 240VAC circuits.
As Ask Hank mentionned, nothing wrong with 10/3 wire.

SOURCE: Controller has no voltage output when connected to fence

You have a dead short to ground somewhere along the fence circuit.Disconnect the leads again, and use a resistance checker to check resistance to ground.(Push a metal rod into the ground to connect one of your leads to,and connect the other lead to the fence.)One or the other fence circuit ends will have a lower resistance to ground. That fence end is closer to the short to ground.Follow that part of the circuit until the resistance to ground is as close to zero as you can find.(taking the ground rod with you as you go)Somewhere in that area you will find your short.

SOURCE: My Parmak solar fence charge does not work. I

We have what looks like the same charger. When you open the box right side up, from the front, the yellow wire is soldered to the right side of the circuit board right above the little white box that is marked .47363. It is next to a small round black transister.

I have Parmak S.E.3 fence charger, it's send energy out into wire but not enough to shock cattle, the unit is around a 7 acre field with 2 lines, what could be the problem?

Grounding is very important for an electric fence, especially in dry soil. I normally drive 2 or 3 - 6 foot long ground rods 10 feet apart then join them all together and run that to the charger using double 14 gauge or 12 gauge copper wire. You can get the roda at Tractor Supply.

How to wire tempra 24 plus

1) Copy following link for wiring tankless electric water heater:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-Tankless-electric-water-heater.html

2) Look at label on side of unit for total KW

3) Product manual shows 24 Kw or 24,000 watts
24,000 watts divided by 240 volts = 100 amps
So your service panel must be about 250Amp rating to support this tankless electric water heater.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Tempra_tempra-plus-Tankless-electric-water-heater-manual.pdf

4) Look inside the unit to see how many L1L2 terminals show.
You should have two sets L1L2 terminals
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Terminals-2-tankless-200.jpg

5) You need TWO 60 amp double pole breakers to supply power to this unit.
This means you need TWO #6 wires from one breaker going to L1L2.
And you need TWO MORE #6 wires from 2nd breaker to other set of L1L2 terminals.

I bought a lark enclosed trailer and it is wired with the 7 pole rv plug and my truck has the 6 pole. i changed the trailer end to a 6 pole, matched the same wiring as my other trailers but the lights on...

Normally all trailers are wired the same. What I think has happend is the new plug has been wired in wrong. The Rv Plugs wiring is differnt than that of a flat four and round six. I would look in the box that you got the plug in a make sure the wires are correct. I can't find a diagram work the wiring but I do know that the brown is the tail lights, red is the brake, yellow is left turn, green is right turn, and the blue wire is the electric brakes. there is also a Aux power I think that is a pink or Bigger gauge red wire.

HOW DO I CONNECT TO POWER SUPPLY? WHERE DO THE WIRES GO?

You posted under Intermatic EI210 countdown timer.
To confirm this is your product, open link below:
http://www.amazon.com/Intermatic-EI210-Electronic-Countdown-Minutes/dp/B001EE1J74
Manual with operation instructions appear on link below
http://www.intermatic.com/~/media/files/intermatic/products/instructions/timers/ei220w%20-%20english.ashx

EI210 replaces single-pole switch only.
Single pole switch is where 1 switch controls the Load (light, fan, motor)

To wire this timer:
1) Single-pole switch has 2 insulated wires and 1 bare ground wire.
2) Connect insulated switch wires to timer red wire and timer black wire, in either order for now.
3) Connect timer green wire to bare ground wire.
4) In back of electric box are white wire that are twisted together and covered with wire nut. Connect timer white wire to these wires. This will power electronics located inside the timer.
5) If electric box does not have white wires described above, then connect timer white wire to bare ground wire along with green wire.
6) Turn power ON. Press oval button. If indicator light turns ON, then timer is wired correctly. If indicator light does not come on, then reverse timer black wire and timer red wire.

How do you wire a Two Single Pole Switch for each switch to run seperate lights all off of one circuit. Example: Recess Lights on one switch and a Track light on the other switch. 6 black wires, 6 white...

so 6 grounds is connected together, and conneted to mains ground (direct connection), the white wires is (mains Neutral) and you connect all 6 white wires together (to doble pole safety switch) in one end pole switch, and you connect a wire from another pole the same end at common Two Single Pole Switch and connect (Black wires recess lights) to one free pole switch and (Black wires track lights) to another free pole.

The mains connect to safety switch live (Black or Brown) to another free safety switch pole, Neutral (White or blue) to free safety switch pole and earth to ground wires on mains connector.

Note: Allways use a mains 300mA diferencial safety switch, for better protection.

I need to know the breaker size and wire gauge and number of wires needed for a bosch ae125 water heater

According to the user manual below, it's a 50 amp heater, therefore, you need 6 AWG electrical cable and a 50 amp double pole (220 volt) breaker in the main service panel.

You need two hot wires and a ground wire. The cable would be specified as 6/2 w/ ground. The 2 hot wires in the cable would be red & black or black & black -- these attach to L1 & L2 respectively. ( L = Line )

More info, let me know.

Fencing

I am trying to install some heavy duty mesh fence to round fence posts. The corners are difficult because the posts were to far apart(11') to use the same 3.5 diameter that I use for the post for the corner rails. The best thing I found for it was 3.5 in square after doing a lot of research. Now I am not sure how far above the bottom of the pole to install it. I was going to use lag screws to screw it threw the fence post into the square top rail. Where should the top rail be in relation to the top of the wire mesh? The mesh is 4' high. Right now I have a 2" gap.
