Question about Olympus DS-4000 Digital Voice Recorder
Just upgraded our computers and now have Win 8 64-bit. Olympus DSS Player Standard v184.108.40.206 installed and Device Detector 220.127.116.11 - but Windows just seems to see the DS-4000 as a USB drive. Do I need to install some drivers? If so, which and how? I've tried Device Manager, but it just tells me the most up-to-date drivers are installed - even if I manually ask it to search for new drivers and point it towards the Olympus software. Thanks
Do you have programs files (86) in your PC "C" drive menu menu? If yes that;s where yiou should install the software. That's because it;'s a 32 bit on a 64 bit.
