Problem for Acer Aspire 4315 PC Notebook

AT&T wireless usb card will not install

Even when I took it to AT&T and Radioshack (where i bought the computer) they could not get the computer and the wirless card to talk to each other, so the card does not function. The blue light goes on but the other light doesn even go to yellow.
