Disassemble The motor is stoping even when charge is good and when it is going it is going very well then seems to bind like it is to tight or motor is binding.

SOURCE: when tightning the mounting screws it binds the carrier bolt

Try this-

Shorten the screws so they don't bind the action. Drill and tap an old table knife so the screws fit. Run the screws through the knife and you have a handle to sand, grind, or file them a bit shorter. When you remove the screws from the knife it will take the burr off and they should go back in the firearm without trouble. Do this until the action no longer binds. Just remove a little at a time.

To test a battery use a load tester. The problem may be a cell bridge failure . Check for tight clean terminals and tight wires on the alternator.

Power steering out and battery light on

check belt is tight and or not damaged if good check power steering fluid if low can cause binding if good have alternator and battery checked alternator may be going bad and not charging battery [and if bearing going bad can cause binding }

Saw stops when i start cutting 1/2 plywood.

If it actually binds and stops the motor...... it sounds like the motor is bad, the bearings are bad, or the blade is on backwards. If the motor keeps spinning, but the blade stops then the gears are bad or the blade bolt is not tight.

Wipers stop vertical

with wipers on open hood when they stop .give the wiper motor good hit,if wipers go replace wiper motor.if not try operating blade with hand to make sure they don't bind up(tight spot).also look in cowl area for debris.

When welding, the wire drive motor seems to bind up after 3 or 4 revolutions on the sporcket. I took the end off of the gun and pressed the trigger and the wire fed easily for a few secs and just stopped....

Could be the drive motor is going out, or overheating. Or the spool is too tight. If you can get to the motor wiring check the AC with a clamp-on meter to see how much it's pulling. If you're lucky the label on the motor will tell you what the normal draw is.. that small a motor it should be pretty low. If you hold down the trigger even after the wire stops, does the motor start to get hot? Can you turn the spool (lightly) by hand to see if that's hung up and hanging the motor?

The DVD drawer will not open; there is a DVD stuck in the player

The unit will need to be disassembled, in some cases you might find a pin hole in front of the tray. Take a fine screwdriver or a needle and push in until you hear a click, the door should pop open. If that option in not available, remove the top lid of the machine, go to the dvd sector and carefully remove the dvd top, that should expose the disc for removal.

The drivers side window stoped working on my 2004 silverado the passenger side works fine

Try the fuse. The switch may be faulty so check by removing the inner door panel and connecting a 12v battery via two wires to the motor that winds the window up and down. If it goes up and down it's probably the switch which may just need a clean on the terminals.

i would say it is the regulator (so have a new one/or good replacement), and it will come out of the openings. once you have the bolts removed for the regulator the window should come down to a place you can remove the bolts that attach it to the regulator. After the window is unbolted side it back up and tape it up and out of the way. you will need to likly use the old motor on the new part but it just bolts to the regulator. Once you have the moter on install it in the door. Good luck

Well, you might just need a good oiling. Make sure the machine is not threaded and there are no thread snarls where the loopers interact. It also pays to insert new needles and observe the loopers and needles interact. they should come withn .01-.5mm of touching eachother; there should be no hard positive contact between loopers and needles. So, if its tight to turn over by had, this is usually a cam or bushing that need oiling, or thread that got sucked into the machine and is binding the thing up. What I would do is remove the covers, slip the motor belt off, turn over by hand. If it frees up, the bind is in the motor, if its still tight, then id look for thread, and oil the machine with a light weight oil (sew mach oil, tri-flow... NOT 3in1 oil!). If you have a keen eye, you can wiggle the handwheel and try to observe what parts are moving slightly, and which are not. using that method you may be able to track the bind to a section of the machine or even a specific shaft/cam/component of the machine. Another common bind point in sergers is where the knives mate. Move the top knife to its idle (non cuttin) position and see if this relieves the bind.
