Making and receiving calls

On making or receiving a phone call the person calling or receiving the call can only hear me if i switch the "speaker on"

Sound like your mic has died but check this first.
Take off the battery and squeeze the bottom of the phone together if the screws raise up then rescrew them in and that may solve the prob.

The sms problem is because of the software. That can be overcomed by formatting the phone. But call problem might be because of your speaker i guess. That would have not functioning properly. Because normal call uses the speaker on the top of the screen and loudspeaker call will use the dedicated speaker. So ask the service center guy to look for the problem in ur earpiece

That means the speaker for the ear is damaged and needs to be/replaced/repaired. Most devices come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. If unsure about the purchase date check with your carrier.

connect your head set to check if you have the voice on the headset

if yes then you may have to get the phone ear speaker changed

I think your speaker section in mobile s damaged..You can change that in a mobile service may cost around 10$..

Sound problem

dear replace the speaker of ur phone in k300 the speaker and ringer are the same if u not have new speaker then short both point of the speaker to gather will be ok.
