Lines could be caused by a bad mirror or scanner led light. or the thermal head that draws on your master. try to open your scanner table and make a master while it is open. check the lights if they are all complete. then check the mirror if there are chip offs on its mirror coating. if the led light and mirrors are in pristine condition then check the thermal head. try to clean it with a dump cotton cloth.. let it dry for a few minutes then try to make a master again.. hope to be of help.

Risograph CR 1610


Risograph C1610 Error E 78 - Problem was fixed by re attaching the detached cable inside the top scanner. you have to take apart the scanner on top and re attache the cable and that should get rid of the error
