There is a drain hole in the back of the freezer on the bottom. Get back there with some hot water. Most of the time it is just lime build up. Unless you know what feel back there. Another way is to move the freezer out and from the back side you can see the drain line. It just pulls right off

You can not acces the drain pan. Por 1/4 cup bleach in the defrost drain hole.
Two days later pour 1/4 cup vinegar in the defrost drain hole.

your drain is clogged, take your back panel off and use a hairdryer until all ice under coils is gone.you will know when your drain unclogs water will flow.pour small amount in drain and make sure it flows.turn temp.control off before doing this.

common problem, several factors can be check, check your thermostat setting it maybe too low or you have defective thermostat,if you have good thermostat otherwise the refrigerant charge is to low there could be leak on tube, check your amper rating using clamp ammeter if you got low amper rating recharge freon, but why has low refrigerant there might be leak, repair the leak, before you recharge.hope this solve your problem have a nice day

remove the back panel inside the freezer, then defrost the pan, then take a length of stiff wire and clear out the drain line from there down to the pan in the lower area near the compressor,as theres probably lime, mold growth build up in the drain line plugging the hose restricting draining of defrost water
