Yes, locked to channel 3. My remote is damaged, so is there a way to manually change the channel to channel 4?

My tv is shows a blue screen. My tv does not respond to the function button's.

I was able to reset my lock control by turning ON the TV and simultaneously press and hold the ACTION and POWER buttons on the TV for about 5 seconds. A SELF SCREEN appeared with OK for all of the functions checked. Next I powered OFF TV for about 5 seconds and powered back ON TV and I was able to start from scratch with my lock controls. I called Panasonic technical service to get my directions at 1-800-211-7262. This was for a Panasonic CT-27D12D.

TRY manually if it does not help your problem
1 remote contacts.
2 remote.
3 problem in tuner
4 problem in system control circuit relating to tuner.
