Innovera wired optical scroll wheel mouse IVR-61022

When working on serveral documents at a time in various windows, the mouse will freeze up and require a reboot to make it work. It is on a Dell Precision T3400 with 8 GB of memory.

I would have to say, try that mouse on a different PC. And try a different mouse on your PC. If that doesn't halp at all, I would have it looked at for Viruses, Adware and Spyware....Even on powerhouse machine such as yours, the wrong junk in your PC can have detrimental effects.

I AM TRYING TO SET THIS UP- I NEED HELP

After plugging the receiver into your computers USB port and making sure you've got good batteries in the mouse you'll need to do two things:

1-Make sure the power switch on the bottom is ON.

2-Press the pairing button next to the power switch just after you press it on the USB plug, if it has one.

After changing the battery on my innovera mini optical mouse IVR 62204 it is no longer connected to my computer

Are you sure that the new battery was a good one? If it is ok, change USB slot. If still not working, you've got some problem with USB dongle or the mouse. Generally, "mice", even wireleess are "disposable". If you have warranty, should take it for "service" and they shuld check problem and replace part. If no warrant, your only choice is to get a new mouse.

Scrolling keeps freezing

If this does it with fresh batteries and optical light is clean, also test on a solid colored surface before trying another mouse to see if it is the mouse or system board. Did this start with new download of another web browser? Software install/update? If mouse is older, need to remove ball and clean 3 wheels.

The scroll wheel on my mouse does not scroll.

You can remove and clean it. It may have caught dust. Check that the bars in it are ok and movable

Purchased new Innovera IVR-61020 and the Driver CD is bent and won't load. HELP

It doesn't seem like Innovera has a website or support of any kind. If you have Mac OSX or Windows 7, the Operating System may find and install the driver for you. Hopefully you have another mouse to use in order to do that. I wouldn't trust googling it and using a driver website download.

My mouse isn't working, but I don't know if the problem is the mouse or the UCB drive. it doesn't work in any of the USB ports after no problems for a year of having the computer...thoughts?

turn it upside down and see if your mouse has a red light on ... if not most likely your cable has been cut/broken ... after all it's a low quality mouse ...
replace it ASAP

I just received my Innovera IVR-63100 wireless desktop keyboard/mouse combo today, and when I plugged the mouse in to my usb to charge, the wire got very hot. Now I can't get the mouse to respond (and have...

Yes... it sounds like the charger was defective and fed too much power to the mouse. It has very likely fried the chip on the mouse. Warranty time. (happened to me as well... different device but same symptoms)

Innovera Wireless Optical Mouse and Keyboard

I would replace the whole setup with a new mouse and keyboard. A lot of manufacturers out there have faulty products and wireless input devices are not known for their reliability. I would suggest a logitech setup. This seems to be the most stable brand that I have found.
