turn the rocker-type power switch off at the bottom right side. While holding down the power on/off button, turn the rocker-type power switch back on while continuing to hold the power button down. After about 15-20 seconds you should see the input selection menu. From there your tv should continue to operate normally.

Above is your user manual, inside it should be all the code data you need? I presume you mean the Parental lock out code? The V-chip?
