Backlight may have gone out. try unplugging for a bit then try again. usually, backlights aren't cost-effective to replace.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Magnavox portable dvd mdp1810a - no picture

I have this player. It's sensitive to power fluctuations. If the power isn't steady, the picture goes out. You don't need to shut the lid, just quickly press the tiny plastic pin near the hinge under the screen. It does the same thing as closing and opening the lid would do. Not sure this will solve it, but I found that to help. By the way, I broke the car charger for mine and am looking to buy one. If you ditch your player, let me know.

Cannon A530 View screen has gone blank

Usually this is beacause you press the button "visible", all camera have this button to choose the visible model of the LED, you can turn off it to save power to take more photos by view sight from the small sight window above the screen.
