You can get the PUK code from the service provider.You can call the service provider or just visit one if its near you.

your puk code can be found on the sim package you received when you purchased your sim card.

PIN Unlock Key, PUK: Is a security feature in place by wireless carriers. A PUK for your device will be random and unique, so you will not find it online.

Fortunately, if you call your wireless carrier, they will give it to you!

PUK code is needed when your sim is lock by your phone and you want to unlock it. The phone will ask for a PUK code to do it. You can get PUK code from your network service provider(dial customer care). By entering the code the phone will unlock the sim without locking it permanently. Think this is helpful !

if you ca't get the code then you can get a new simcard and the phone will work normally.

puk code is asked when you enter pin code wrong 3 times. entering puk code wrong too many times will make the sim card useless.

The only way to get the PUK code is to call the service provider(not the phone maker) and give them the number that is on the sim card,They will give you the code needed to unlock it.So just have the sim card in hand to read off the number when they ask.

Pin codes and PUK codes are meant to protect the sims.

If you wrongly put PIN Codes a number of times, to really protect your sim it will ask you a puck code. (Please note every sim has its unique PUCK Code.)

Pincode/Puck codes for any sim are provided by the service provider. (In your case, Telstra an Australian SP).

You may require to contact your Service Provider Network and speak to Customer Service Representative for getting this information (PUK code).

Kindly dont apply any more codes any further or otherwise the sim may get permanently blocked and you may have to replace it.

if you put in another sim card the phone will work just fine, its the simcard 3 times pin code wrong puk code enabled pin blocked, call service provider to get it and entery instructions.
