Question about Sony Handycam DCR-HC20 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
I am using a Sony Handycam DCR-HC20 NTSC and I am trying to transfer video I have recorded to a CD. When attempting this procedure I keep getting prompted to insert a blank CD. The problem is that I have already inserted a blank CDR. I have tried many different disk with the same result.
This is a problem with the type of drives that are supported by the Picture Package software (assuming this is what you are using to transfer the video). This camcorder came with Picture package 1.0 which does not support quite a few drives (the entire list is available at www.ppackage.com). I think your drive will also fall under the same list of unsupported drives.
