The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Desktop screen freezes up when I 'right click' mouse on any ico

This sounds as if there is a problem with Webshots corrupting a specific dll file in the Windows system. I hate to say this, but that usually means a complete reinstall from scratch. I would recommend trying to backup all of the files and reinstall windows.

SOURCE: Continuous vertical white band display problem

What is the error from installing xp sp3?
Is the white band always there? it is either a problem with the lcd panel most likely, or the graphics card. try a different monitor if you have one.

Big Lebowski - this refers to an issue with a laptop.
No CRT on a laptop.
It is more likely a driver issue.
Go to, look for support, put in your service tag & update the graphics drivers.

My bing search engine has stopped working since i tried to upgrade to windows 8.1.

Some Setting check it, i hope solved your issues.
  1. Open the charms menu (place your cursor in the top right or bottom right corner) and select "Settings."
  2. Click "Change PC settings."
  3. Click "Search and apps."
  4. Click "Search" in the side bar if it's not already selected.
  5. Disable or change any options you choose.
For some, the web search will be a useful addition that may just need some tweaking, others may simply prefer to turn off altogether. Whatever your use case, though, just about all the settings you can tweak will be found here.

If not solved i share a link please visit and follow instruction.

Bing searches

you may want to clear your internet browser cache, you can do this a couple of places but the easiest to get to is [start] control panel, internet options, on the general tab at the top of the window that pops up you'll see 'browsing history" delete that and then close your browser and that window, open the window back up again and see if your bing search works then i would also suggest running a malware scan on the system. Malwarebytes is a really good free utility for that and you can get it from

Bing bar encountered eroor code 400.fix the problem

In most cases, you can disable the Bing Bar by opening Internet Explorer, then selecting View Toolbars, and deselecting Bing Bar.
Next, click TOOLS on the menu, then select Manage Add-Ons.
Once in there, you select Search Provider, then find Bing and, depending upon which version of Windows you are using, either right-click and Disable, or look at the bottom of the window and select Disable from the options.
Then, Close, and select View, Toolbars. If the Bing Bar is still entered there with a check mark next to it, deselect it.
Close IE, and when you reopen IE, Bing Bar will be gone.
If you want to get it back and have it working right, go to, and look for the Internet software options, find Bing Bar, and download and install it.
I hope this helps.

Windows did an automatic update to my computer., part of this update was windows live. I have tried to access my account with no luck. How can I get into my old account? ...

I don't know why or how windowsLive would stop you from accessing your hotmail account... but, if yoou cannot get to or, then try . On the top of the bing screen you'll find a 'sign in' link. This sign-in is for all of the MSN services including hotmail.

If for some reason, you are unable to get to hotmail from any of these methods, I would download another browser, like Opera, Firefox, or Chrome...

I would also9 consider removing WindowsLive!

How do i convert from bing back to google. I have Windows XP

In Internter Explorer look at the top right search area and you'll see the Bing logo near a magnifying glass icon, Further to the right straight up from the scroll bar, you'll see another magnifying glass icon (smaller size) and a drop down arrow to its right. Left-click the drop-down arrow and selet Google. The Google name should now replace the Bing logo for search default. On Firefox it's essentially the same process, but the drop-down arrow is on the left of the search window and to the left of the search engine icon.
