SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need to do a recovery on a Samsung N210 notebook laptop

If you press F8 just before the system boots, the menu system will let you recover factory settings if the partition has not been deleted.

You need a new mouse. Upgrading an OS will not fix a hardware problem.

When I plug my seagate free agent go portable hard drive (250 gig) into my usb, it register's that there is a device pluged into the computer (give's me the DING, that window's is famous for) but say's it...

try a different usb drive. if you are using win 7 or vista uninstall that device driver you downloaded. if its xp re install your usb drivers from the windows site just go to your device manager
win 7 vista click on computer sys prop device manager see if drive is connected hit update driver or roll back. same with usb system on win xp right click my comp. go to prop, then device manager let me know if this helps. but really important to make sure that you are plugged into a usb port in the back of the pc not thru a hub

XP Display turns off after switching to Win 7

search for WIN 7 & KVM switch issues... you will find thousand of hits, because WIN 7 has one unique feature where it disables internal and external ports if these are not in use.

In a KVM solution setup this would mean, while you are connected everything is fine, now when you switch over to your (Lets say) WIN XP and work for 30 minutes on it... and then switch back, WIN 7 might have already scanned and seen that the USB port where the KVM cable comes in is IDLE... so it disconnected it... you cannot get it back until you reboot your WIN 7 system. Its not the KVM solution is one of those Microsoft wonder weapons that breaks what has worked for 20 years

RESTORE THE SYSTEM

Is this Win XP?
Can you get into Safe Mode by hitting F8 as the unit starts up?
If you see the menu come up after you reboot and hit F* severl times, slect "Last Known configuration" The computer will reset itself to an earlier configuration.
If that does not work ,reboot while hitting F8 again, This time in the menu select safe mode with networking.
Once in Safe Mode, you can go to start > run> msconfig. then scroll down the list and see if anything suspicious is there, esp. if it has no text next to a box. Uncheck what may be suspicious.
Then update and run your anti-virus.
Let me know and I will help you further.

Only printing tasks from some computers

Print the Menu Setting out on printer and menu setting out on pc. Match sure emulation matcheds on both sides. If using serial make sure serial settings match on both sides. If parallel, check the bois on the PC, change parallel port type to EPP instead of ECP or SPP.
