Overseas rentals via paypal can be a big scam. Proceed with extreme caution!
Here's a myspace profile for that email. She doesn't look like a credible person for that type of financial transaction.

In Europe they are 1.5 euro in USA and northern America (Canada included) $2. What will be the denomination you'll receive in your account depends on the type of your account and the policies of your bank. In your case it will most likely be automatically converted in canadian $.
So you must make sure that your account can be used with foreign currencies and for foreign transactions - check that with your bank.
