SOURCE: Do you know any sights for to view Boxlight manuals online?

you can try www.projectordoctor.com. if you don't see the link for it, scroll down to see if the model is the same as other brands. some of the boxlight projectors are made by sanyo and infocus.

SOURCE: mouse portion on pointer does not work

replace the batteries, check the ir with a digital camera or camera phone (it will look like a blinking white light), then open up the remote and check the contacts. worse comes to worse, replace it.

Cant get image on laptop desktop on the Boxlight XP5t-I plugged in the VGA cord into my laptop and into the Boxlight. Nothing.

reset the settings on the projector to factory default. the resolution may not match. then press either function-f4 or function-f7 (each laptop has different buttons to activate the external monitor port).

Boxlight CD-725C TEMP light comes on and unit shuts down afer 10 minutes. Unit has about 1200 hours on the bulb. Seconds before the unit stops, at least one of the fans slows down.

The reason why the temp comes on because the fan is start slow down, so the bulb produce a lot of heat. Once the maximum temp reach, the temperature sensor will become inactive. So boxlight shutdown. First you need to replace the fan, or check the supply dc voltage going to fan if it is stable.

Stopped turning on

clean the dust out of it with canned air. the dust probably caused a lot of damage. the lamp may be blown, the fans may have seized, and the power supply may have overheated.
