Is the waste pad full ?
If the waste pad is actually full and ink is about to overflow, then you need to install a waste container. You can see the waste pad by opening the access panel on the back of the printer.
Changing the waste pad requires almost complete disassembly of the printer, it is a big job. There is an easier way.
Open the access panel on the rear of the printer (remove screw) and look inside carefullly with a flashlight. You will see a tube (down and to your left) coming from the cleaning pump and it will have an open end on it. This is the tube that delivers ink to the waste pad.
Use a piece of coathanger wire or equivalent, and fish out this piece of tube. Bring it to the outside of the printer, thru the access panel.
Find yourself a suitable container (Tupperware or a plastic cup or jar) that is not too tall. Put the tube into this container and secure the tube and container so they won't come apart or lose connection if the printer is moved.
If you wish you can make a hole or notch in the access panel cover so it can be replaced.
Now the ink will go into this container and not into the waste pad inside the printer. If it gets full, dump it.

Graphic problem

1) Laptop is dirty inside

Processor and graphics chipset are overheating

If the laptop has never been cleaned on the inside, this I deduce to be the problem.

2) Thermal Paste is used on top of the Processor, and a Thermal Pad is used on top of the graphics chipset.
If the Thermal Paste has dried up, the result will be what you are seeing.

[The top of a Processor, and the Cooling Tube metal plate; that sits on top of it; are NOT perfectly smooth.

A magnified view would detail, 'Ridges, Valleys, and Pitholes'.
When the two parts are mated together, Air Pockets are formed.

Air in this case is an Insulator, not a Conductor.

Thermal Paste fills the above imperfections, and is an Excellent conductor of heat.
A Thermal Pad is a material that is impregnated with Thermal Paste.
Therefore the Thermal Paste it is impregnated with, can also dry up.

This is a general example of the cooling system used,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toshiba-Satellite-A505-Graphics-Video-card-heatsink-V000190350-/140922091510?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20cf9c77f6

The long curved copper tube you see, coming straight down; is one of the Cooling Tubes.
You can see another shorter version at the Top.

The Cooling Tube is a slightly flattened copper tube, sealed on both ends; and filled with Nitrogen.

Using the long example coming down, you can see it ends in a rectangular metal plate. This plate sits on top of the Processor.

Heat is absorbed from the Processor by that rectangular metal plate.
Then the heat is absorbed by the Cooling Tube.
The Cooling Tube transfers the heat up to a rectangular finned Heatsink.

This is seen at the Top/Left of the photo, although the fins cannot be readily seen.
The Heatsink absorbs the heat, then radiates it away with it's Tall, Thin fins.
Air flow from the Fan Assembly, helps carry the heat away from the Heatsink's fins.

This is a general view of the Fan Assembly,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Laptop-CPU-Cooling-Fan-for-Toshiba-Satellite-A505-A505D-P-N-MCF-812BM05-/190731891880?pt=US_CPU_Fans_Heatsinks&hash=item2c6881b4a8

As you can see the Fan Assembly is a small multi-bladed fan, encased in a D-shaped shroud.
The Top view is shown on the Left, while the Bottom view is shown on the Right.

The flat area shown at the bottom, of the shroud; is where air comes out, and is the side that goes against the finned Heatsink

Looking back at the Cooling Tube/Heatsink, Ebay link; the Cooling Tube on the Right, and metal plate area; sits on the graphics chipset.

In-between that Cooling Tube metal plate, that sits on the Processor; is Thermal Paste.
In-between the Cooling Tube metal plate, that sits on the graphics chipset; is a small piece of Thermal Pad.

Apologizes for the long 'dissertation', but felt better to explain in detail; than just state ->

Clean laptop out on the inside, and replace Thermal Paste. Also Thermal Pad.

I can step by step guide you through cleaning the inside of the laptop, and also replacing the Thermal Paste, and Thermal Pad.

1. Press and hold "Stop", "Maintenance", and"Power" buttons for about 10 seconds. A message will comeon the screen saying counter is reset and to turn the printer off. Wet carpet

Your drain tube for the air conditioning is plugged up, and instead of draining on the ground, it's leaking on the carpet. You need to go under the car and locate the tube (it's on the passenger side, in front of and below where the front passengers feet would be. You will need a long thin wire to clean out the blockage.

It has been awhile since i removed my water pad and forgot how to route water line in pad

I've got a 560A, but if it's similar:  The pad sits in a plastic frame with the drain hole and "funnel" at the bottom.  At the top of the frame, there's a plastic piece that sits at the top of the pad; it snaps into the frame and the frame snaps into the humidifier housing.  The water tube from the solenoid slides into this plastic piece so that the water is directed to the top of the pad.
