I dont know why but it started working again like 2 months ago. Oh yeah when I plug it in to the usb it just shows that its charging. I did not notice this. So I have to unplug it real quick then out it back in and it will say that it is connected. So that is why it was not working.

Is the video protected, from a purchased DVD? The Sansa Media Converter will only use un-copy protected content. Best of Luck.

Why won't my video load on the phone?

The most likely reason is that the video is not in the correct format and video quality that your phone supports. You can convert video format and set the parameters on your computer and try again. Take MacX Video Converter Free Edition for example, it can convert video to be playable on iPhone and many Android phones etc.

I can't convert my videos to the format that the Philips GoGear Vibe can support.

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses. Youtube videos are usually FLV flies which are not compatible with WMV. You must convert the video using video conversion software. Renaming the file does not convert the format the video file format.

I have tried numerous converters and once I move the files to my Sony Walkman it says that either the file cannot be played or that there are no video files on it. I have used manual settings, I have used programs that auto convert for sony walkman and nothing. What I don't get is that only a few weeks ago I added some wmv files to it and they are working fine, but now if I try to add even one of the same files it wont work. Did I accidently uninstall something, or something?
