camp, see if your model starts with 106.65812, Serial beginning with EP or ER. If so it may be the air tower. They had a service flash out on this line but the closest I can get to your model number is 106.65824. E-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the complete model and serial and I will see if I can help you. If your model doesn't start with 106, repost with the correct one. Catriver.

don't know this appliance but for guidence:
some appliances have the evaporator in a compartment at the top of the freezer and the drain comes out of the back and runs externally to the drip tray. there should be a grill in the compartment so just peer into it and see if there is ice build up.
wherabouts is the freezer ice forming?

I had the same trouble. I found out if you have the digital display of temperature type of refrigerator adjust the freezer temperature to +5 degrees. The defrost systems uses a circuit board type. Not sure how it works. I took the back panel of and looked at the board. Did not see any manual defrost methods. I had to remove all the contents of the freezer and manually defrost. have not a problem since.
