open the door and check between the drum and door frame. There is a large rubber bladder completely surrounding the drum. Pushing the drum further back into the machine will let you see the entire thing and unfold it. These often get small laundry like socks stuck there as well as sharp objects like nails. You may have a tear in it which will leak like that. Replacement parts run about $70.00.

F33 Leak. If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine, the valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed. Check your inlet valves for block, where the water comes to machine OR
If the control has turned the water valves on, and after 8 minutes, the flow sensor has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off, and the error code will flash.
Press ‘pause’ and ‘cancel’ twice to clear the display. Mains off the wall.
1. Check for crack or holes in the washer tub and pressure switch hose, which runs from the bottom to the pressure switch.
2. Replace components if necessary.

"F21" is a Long Drain error. The following link explains how to torubleshoot:
What this usually means is that you have something clogged in the drain pump and it needs to be cleaned out. In the majority of the cases, this corrects the problem. However, if you JUST purchased this washer, and it is brand new (not used), I would recommend you use your manufacturer warranty (good for the 1st year in most cases) to avoid the risk of voiding it. The conditions of some warranties, prohibit the consumer from opening the appliance and attempting any repairs. Read the find print just to be sure.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

F21 error is displayed when the washer is unable to drain, press PAUSE/CANCEL button twice to clear the display. After this please check the drain hose and drain pump filter for any blockages and make sure it is not clogged with foreign particles. You can also check the drain pump to verify that its working.
