Do you have USB drivers installed properly on your system? If you do not then anything you plug in to the USB will not respond. Is it only keyboards? Have you tried any other USB devices?

Some keys in my msi laptop are not working.

Your keys might be broken in your keyboard. You can look online to see if you can purchase a replacement keyboard for your msi laptop, then see if there is a youtube video for the laptop model that you ow. It should show you how to take your laptop apart to install the new keyboard. Or, you can take it to a computer repair store, and ask them to install the new keyboard.

Msi keyboard not working

When you plugin the keyboard do you get indication that it is detected? If so you may need to go to your device manager and disable the laptop keyboard to enable the MSI one.

My msi cr640 keyboard is not working...please help!!!!!

Has there been any damage? Drop? Jarred? Possible loose connection? I'm sure you have unplugged, removed battery, plug in, rebooted? Are ALL you Windows and MSI updates current? You may have to open the laptop and verify the connection and repair/replace the keyboard. Take a look a MSI Support for a Manual and drivers:

Keyboard does not work. Wireless mouse with USP port works. But keyboard will not let you type anything.

don't know for sure if this will help but today my keyboard wouldn't work. So i shut down the whole thing, all the power too. Then unplugged keyboard, plugged it back in, then turned on all the power and started the computer, and it seemed to be back to normal.

Acer Aspire 5532 Keyboard works in BIOS, but stops working once Windows 7 loads. Same with the touchpad, once Windows 7 loads it stops working. However I can plug in a usb mouse and that will work.

look there is a problem with the touchbad diver and this is common but the keyboard must work it s nothing with the keyboard so please check if all the key board works under another operating system and then if it wrks try to reinstall windows 7 again and it must work conntact me if you still have a keyboard problem you must try to plug a usp keyboard and see if it work so you have a problem with your board again if it worked you have a problem with your keyboard if it didn't work then try install windows 7 agin
