Question about Televison & Video
I have tv with a built in dvd player and when the dvd mode is on it keeps saying there is 'no signal' and it will not let me do anything, there is also a dvd inside that I cannot get out
There is a small hole beside the dvd tray, use a thin pin, push it, the tray will come out.

It looks like your DVD reader has broken. The fact that it also does not let you eject the DVD sounds like it may be an electrical problem on the unit.

SOURCE: my trutech tt320 dvd player
I had the same problem. I took it apart and found a blown capacitor on the power board. It was a 10v 1000Uf high temp. capacitor. I replaced it with a new one and the dvd player worked fine. The capacitor can be ordered for a couple bucks and replace easily if you know how to solder.

the fault is obviously from the laser (lens) of your player. The lens is very weak such that it cannot load/read data on discs.
The best to do now is to replace the lens and your player will play all discs again.

SOURCE: When I put a disk
The problem of your dvd is the optical lens, try to clean it using a cotton buds and wipe it very gently. Note be sure not to touch the optical lens. feel free to send feed back.Good day and best regards
