Testimonial: "hey David, thanks for your reply, the problem started as following: (I'm using TOSHIBA satellite P850-B489) 1- my FN keys were working in opposite way, (normal situation is to push FN key + F2) but its worked today in opposite. 2- first solution i tried is to open my "TOSHIBA accessibility utility" in windows to change the FN mode to Standard. but when i click the icon its gave me an error msg that "system cant open ur accessibility" 3- second solution is to access to bios and change the function from there, i successfully did this 4- when i "save & exit" laptop restarted, then a big problem happened that i couldn't login to windows, i couldn't access to bios, i couldn't boot from CD/DVD to fix win error. . . my laptop keep trying to login win and continuously restart. when win restart i tried to push F2 or any F keys but its always give me one option "start windows normally".. i dont know what to do .. any ideas ??? thx"

To delete a supervisor password:
1 Click Start, All Programs, TOSHIBA, Utilities, and then

2 On the left side, click the Secure tab.
3 Click the Supervisor Password icon.
The Supervisor Password tab of the TOSHIBA Password
Utility window appears.
4 Click Not Registered.
A pop-up screen appears asking for a password.
5 Enter the password, then click OK.
6 Click OK to exit.
7 Restart the system to complete the process.
