if its a Kenmore model then this message says that the button control board has lost sight of the main control board , but its been my experience that this maybe able to be reset and it may never come back or it will not reset and the control board will need replaced (50/50)

That service code refers to the flash dimm, which is on the main pwb assy (controller). You have to try upgrading the system firmware. If the upgrade procedure fails, then you have to replace the flash dimm.

Automatic exposure board failure. This deals with the Very bright exposure light under the big glass. There is a circuit board that control the exposure tot the orginal document that board is bad or the sensor associated with it,

reset the motherboard please press the reset button than your copier ok
open the back cover and see motherboard have a button please press it on machine power on condition

i have 7410 error call service. i tried to clean everithing en replaced the tone is almost full- still getting the error message.hat can i do. (fs-3900dn)

Unplug external USB devices and wait for sometime,now reset our machine and access in safe mode, run Reginout Scan.
