Why is has dripping/running constantly from drain line on bottom of carb?

It sounds like your float is stuck in the open position.

You might try tapping on the carb with a screwdriver handle or small hammer(just tap, don't hit).

If that doesn't get it you might shake it from side to side a bit to work the float out of the bind it is in.

You may be able to pull the bowl off of the carburator and loosen it if the first two things don't get it fixed. The bowl will have a wire bale that runs under it and keeps it securely fastened. There may be a screw that is attached to the bale that you turn to tighten it securely.

Once you expose the float, just a tap with you finger should set it free. It will be attached to the carb body on a hinge and only moves up and down.

Once you have it free, replace the bowl.

The purpose of the bowl is to hold a small anmount of fuel to give the engine some quick giddy up,

When the bowl gets to a point she it need to be filled, the float drops and opens a valve allowing fresh fuel to refill it.

Good lick with that.

Float adjustment

If there is a flapper, it may not be seating properly and that allows water from the tank to keep leaking into the bowl. Also, if there is a float, it may have a leak that allows water to get inside. The float then is unable to close the fill valve completely. Another possibility is that the fill valve is defective.

Why does all my gas end up in crankcase on Briggs & Stratton 21B807-0326E1 13hp

No the round gasket doesn't do much at all...the gas should never fill that high.

Gas fills the bowl and gets into your oil because the Needle valve is not shutting off.
It's not shutting off because #1 the float is cracked and it sinks in the gas. #2 The needle valve is gummed up and not moving up when the float is trying to push it up into the seat.
#3 The Seat gets ruined buy leaving this terrible Ethanol gas in the machine all winter. The seat gets distorted so the needle vale doesn't fully close letting gas constantly run into the Carburetor and down the cylinder and into crackcase.
P.S. a new Seat is about $2 US

After automatic flush, water continuously runs into bowl. The water is coming from the upper bowl above the wand area.

i would think the syphon is not closing after the flush, so as the cistern fills it just runs straight into the pan. you'll need to replace the syphon...

Our Toto bowl does not fill up enough after flushing unless the lever is held down. What do I do to fix it? We have well water and a bit of mineral does build up on the fill tube.

The only adjustment available is to control how full the tank will be for the next flush. The water that runs down into the bowl after flushing comes through the same valve that fills the tank, so the problem (and solution) is entirely with the amount of water that runs into the bowl while the tank is filling. The tank is filling sooner than enough replacement water can run into the bowl. Make sure that the tube (usually a 1/2 inch rubber tube) that runs from the float valve to the pipe that fills the bowl (usually a 1 inch pipe with an open top) is actually delivering all of it's flow down that pipe. If the flow of water being delivered by that tube is slow, you will have to find and eliminate the restriction. You might be able to pull of the rubbber tube off of the float valve and stick a small drill bit (just using your fingers, not a drill) into the fitting where you pulled off the tube.

Hi, i have a caroma duel flush toilet possibly 10 years old, it is leaking into the bowl and then constantly re filling, i replaced the washer/ring/ thing at the point where the water exits into the bowl...

First make sure it is not overfilling. The water level must stop before it reaches the overflow pipe. If it continues to run it will overflow into the bowl and continue to run. Adjust the fill level to the mark inside the tank. Make sure nothing is getting under the flapper and holding it open. You replaced the flapper so we know that is not the problem. Just make sure the flapper is centered on the drain hole.

Icmaker

Is the Ice Full metal bail (connected to switch) hanging down (Icemaker ON), straight out (off) or missing? If straight out, push down, if Missing, find and reattach or manually flip the switch that the bail connected to (near light), close door and see if it kicks on.

Another possibility is the entire feed, valve and fill piping froze and is packed with ice. Use caution here...

Fill a large bowl that will fit in the cubetray with boiling water and carefully insert it into its location, Flip the switch up (straight out) close the door, set kitchen timer for 30 min and check it then by removing bowl , flipping bail down and closing door. It will take 30 sec or so to start filling.

If all that gets you no joy, replace the fill valve solenoid
