I have a martin d 18 serial number 1713264

If that's the correct serial number, it was made in 2013. The Martin serial number chart is at http://www.martinguitar.com/about-martin/the-martin-story/serial-numbers.html

Hot drive n boost not working

It's probably just the switch, nothing big, get the new one and you can solder it yourself. Or just let someone who knows do that for you, it's a cheap and fast thing.

Litlle Martin LXME Tuner not working properly!!!

the only other solution would be an electrical short in the wires running from the tuning box to the input cable hole. take the tunner all the way out and make sure there are no loose wires. Make sure nothing is preventing the wires from making good contact.

When plugged into my churches pa system through a direct box the volume gets really loud then really quite and then sometimes normal. I'm using a lithium battery

Talk to your sound man... It is possible he has a compressor on the line. A compressor adjusts the volume dynamically and delays tweeking and releasing as a setting. Your guitar should NOT run through a compressor.

I know this is more of a referral than a solution, but I'd go right to the source and contact Martin's customer service folks. They should be able to either get you a proper "wiring diagram", or possibly just describe the jack wiring to you. They have a phone number and an email address posted at this link...

Now if I had to guess, I'd say both the A & B blend wires probably both go to the "tip" connector of the jack (otherwise, it would require a weird non-standard setup to function properly, like using a stereo guitar cable or something, very unlikely).

The pick up on my son's Martin LXME won't work

Take it to a guitar shop and have them check out the soldering and connections within the guitar.
Martin has a record of cutting corners on their less expensive models.
