Question about Dell E153FPc 15" TFT LCD Flat Panel Monitor
Have seen this question before but it did not quite pertain to my prob. I push the power button on the screen..it comes on for a few seconds..then goes blank..after pushing the button many times, on and off, it starts staying on a little longer until it finally stays on..after about 40 tries. Was wondering if this has something to do with the monitor being cold? When off for only a little while I have no prob. turning it back on. Could this still be the inverter board? Thanks
This trouble maybe power supply or inverter boards is defective.

Hi, Either that or the power supply. IF it is the inverter board, again very strong possibilities with the capacitors. This time it is taking some time for them to charge. Same thing with the capacitors of the power supply. On some instances, it could be a cold solder or a loose connector that eventually connects good when warmed up. Your best bet is to have the LCD opened and checked/diagnosed. Good luck and kind regards.
