You will not find a manual-- for these small telescopes. However Meade has a web site with manuals for their telescopes. Find one that is similar to yours and download it for free.,

www.meade.com look under Customer Service--- Manuals

Check the manufacture. If you didn't have it too long take it back to T...R...US and go elsewhere and by a good scope.

I have just bought a second hand Star Tracker. There seems to be a broken part which clips on the tripod, which is missing. No instructions and I would like some advice or should I bin it?

This scope is sold by Toys R Us, we receive more complaints on this brand than any other! No parts are available and no manuals exist for this "toy" telescope.

Junk it and buy from a retailer like Orion-- for example.

I have a edu-science telescope that connects to the internet and is powered so that it rotates and finds the stars for you. I have lost the disk that belongs to the telescope. It has Dia=76mm & F=700mm...

Contact Toys R US that sell this telescope-- or use either www.stellarium to control the scope.

www.stellarium.org

The disk is not actually needed it is just a planetarium software like Stellarium. All the goto controls are inside the hand controller.

Bought second hand no instructions for set up

You will NOT find a manual for this telescope being sold by Toys R Us. Possible to go visit a store and maybe they will let you copy a manual.

Manual

You don't need a manual.
Upside down view through the telescope is normal. The scope is primarily for astronomical use and the concept of "up and down" is null in space.
If you want to use it for terrestrial viewing, you'll need an erecting eyepiece witch will correct up and down and left and right.
