-   Ok, same issue, stuck on auto-test! This is terrible! I read a comment that someone had purchased in Philippines but had fixed locally in CA. Could you give me that info? I'm in Gilroy, CA.

-   After I turned-on the unit, no pictures/music selections on display. The screen displays all text and there's 'Autotest' message on top, and in-red also displays: 'song: no song data, picture: no picture, font: no font'. Whenever I press any button, the literal name of the button appears on the right portion of the screen,for ex: if I press key, the word "key' appears, if downward arrow, the word "down' displays...etc. It's 24 hrs before new year, and we need to fix this right away else it would spoil all the fun.

-   Yes I have the same problem with my extreme magic sing. I displays no song data, no picture, no font all in-red. Can you help me out with this?
