Hey 4E error comes in case

Error E20 means the machine has failed to pump out. 1st check the filter at the bottom right hand side there may still be water inside if so pull the grey tab to the left of the filter there should be a thin hose extend it put it into a shallow dish and pull the cap off to let the water drain this may be a slow process. When the filters out look into the hole with a torch to see if any obstructions in the pump impeller this looks like a cross. If the filters and pump are clear it may be the pump has failed.

SOURCE: Error E20
zanussi error E20 suggests a pump/draining problem. remove pump/filter and clean it all out. its located at the end of the drain hose at the bottom of machine. power off. it might need replacement.

E20 is difficulties in draining for washing. which can be drain tube kinked or blocked, drain filter clogged or dirty or the pump impeller behind filter is getting jammed by a coin or cotton or anything wrapped around it, remove filter and look at back of hole and see if impeller will turn use a long screwdriver to turn it, obviously with the power off

DEFINITELY a draining error - you need to take the filter out, empty it of all lint and replace it. It may have water trapped in already, so get a cloth ready to soak up excess liquid! Also, make sure when you put it back in you have tightened it enough to avoid leaking but not too much that you cannot get it back out. DON'T call for a service - they will not tell you, but E20 codes are NOT covered and they will charge you for the call out! please remember to rank how this post helped and if i can answer any more questions please write back thanks again
