My janome 10000 is running rough, use to run very smoothe, how do I service that?

look in the operation manual to see if you have to oil the machine or if it's one that is self oiling,, if you have to oil it, oil only the places shown in the manual.

clean under the needle plate--for lint, it collect in the feed dog area, if a small brush came with the machine use it.

clean in the bobbin area also--for lint

also use a new needle-one for the fabric being sewed

Janome Jem Silver 662 will only sew backwards. How do I adjust it so it will feed fabric correctly?

1) Check the feed dog pressure adjustment. 2) Check the feeding mechanism at the bottom. It may be too low to feed your cloth.

if your talking about the feed dogs that they are not up and the fabric is not being feed, then check in your manual to see if you can manually move the feed dogs to the up position so the sewing machine will sew. here is a link for a manual if you don't have one
http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/instruction-manual-janome-decor-excel-5018.aspx
if the information about the feed dogs is not in the manual then you'll have to contact a sewing machine repair shop about having the feed dogs checked to see if there is somthing wrong with them.

My janome machine model 2001.doesnot work properly it thread is loose from down side during sewing ,sometimes work properly but some time while sewing it shows same problem i was cleaning with tooth brush...

I think you may have to careful clean everything and check you havn't dropped feed dogs or changed a setting. I don't really know what you mean by the foot getting stuck, but if the feed dogs ( moving part under the cloth) are down than the cloth can't move. Also, the pressure of the foot may be too high; this can also happen accidently while cleaning.
Get a manual ( sewingmanuals.com) and double check everything. Also, check there is no thread in the thread guides as this may have been your original problem. pull a thread towards to needle

Where drop oil

Open the PDF for this model (Janome mechanical) and see if it is the same - http://janome.com/index.cfm/Machines/Sewing-Quilting/TB12

If not, contact Janome for a manual.

The Reverse stitch button

The feed mechanism needs to be oiled. Take off the bottom cover and look for any place where two parts move against each other. Some binds can be very difficult to remove. Try spraying everything with a light weight oil (I like Tri-Flow) and let them soak over night. Then manually try to move the feed dogs with your hand. Hopefully it will break loose.
Good luck!

Feed dogs

If the machine has a 'darn' facility and this is selected the feed dogs 'will' stay down.

Other than that(without looking) i would guess a good clean and a dose of lubrication would not go amiss.

Try removing the needle plate to see of there is any compacted "fluff/lint" or indeed anything else stopping the dogs rising. Take off the bottom access cover have a good clean out and oil.
Best of luck
