Mr kssarath you are bit confuse let me explain it to you, it says it can work uptu 236kbps, that depend on type of sim you are using and the actual speed you see while downlaodig is speed/8=acurate speed.

Chances are that it could be a software or memory issue. I would check the options or tools menu in the software that came with the device first. If that does not help I would contact the provider's customer service line and see what the other issues may be.
