Go to your preferred home page if you are using internet explores select-tools- internet option then using tabs select use current page as home page. I don't care for bing either, you should a drop down box in upper right a dress bar drop down selections and select the search engine you want, you can also remove search engines that don't interest you. If you are using fire fox go to the site you wish as home page dgdrag the icon over to far right to the home icon and drop it.
