How many quarts of oil and type does the alero take?

5 W 30 for the oil and the 2.2 Ecotec engine takes 5.8 qts and the V6 3400 takes 4.5 qts as far as the oil filter also depends on the engine. the 2.2 takes a paper element. look to the right of the engine and you'll see a black round canister with a hex looking nut attached to the top. I belive it's 32mm. use an extension but be careful putting it back on because the cap is just plastic Do not overtightnen! just snug it up firmly

When I turn my CZ2011C infrared quarts heater on, it will shut off in about a minute. I took the unit apart and found a faulty two prong thermal circuit breaker located on the side panel between two quarts...

You can find replacement switches at Made in the USA! It is a 430 - 1/2" Automatic reset on the shop page. More specifically and airstream mount.

Im about to do a ****** filter on a 2004 chevy trailblazer 2wd shallow pan, and im not sure on how many quarts of ****** fluid i will need to refill, im thinking around 5 or 6. what do you say

Most shallow pans only take 4 quarts of transmission fluid. However I would buy 5 just to make sure. Start by adding 4 quarts start your truck check your level after it warms up and add any fluid if you need to. Remember not to over fill... I hope this helps

Where is the bolt to drain the transmission fluid on a honda element

Allot of trani pans have no bolt.. You would just drop the pan & fluid comes out..
Dont forget to get a new pan gaskit & a filter - if that model calls for one..

FYI; A pan drop is only part of the fluid - about 3 to 5 quarts..

The trani & torque converter hold 7 to 9 quarts all together..

Hope this helps !!

Oven element replacement- Simpson eziset electric

firstly make sure the power is isolated before removing any panels.
sometimes the element will just screw out from the inside of the oven and should pull through into the oven compartment with the wires attached, simply remove the wires, replace the element and refit any panels.

hope this helps

please dnt forget to rate the helpfulness of this reply thanks kj

2006 Honda Element EXP - 40K miles

I have a 2006 Honda Element as well, and mine started making "rubbing" noises when I made a slow hard turn left or right. It had 49K on it. Took it to a dealership and had it looked at. The technician knew what it was right off the bat. The rear differential needed to be serviced. Said the fluid had broken down and needed replacing. $79.00 to fix. CRV have the same problem. Just get it serviced and it should be ok.

Marvin Quartz heater element

Very simple to install the replacement element. Insert one end of the element into the bottom receptacle on either side, press the element down (it's spring-loaded), then slide the top of the element into the center opening of the top receptacle, push to appropriate side (the side of receptacle, same as the bottom), then release. Then do the same with the other element (if both are out).
